Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, and the Pact for the Future: Instruments of Global Governance

If you are unfamiliar with Agenda 21, Agenda 2030 or the Pact for the Future, don't beat yourself up. First of all, these global governmental systems are foreign to most Americans. Secondly, being developed through the United Nations, they are not designed for you to be cognizant of them, nor to have a say in their implementation. And really, to understand the genesis of these governance systems, you should begin by doing your research on Agenda 21. So, let's start there...

In June of 1992, representatives from over 178 nations gathered in Rio de Janeiro for an environmental conference to establish an environmental governance that would work on a global scale; allegedly to guide humanity on how it could further develop without wrecking the environment it depends on. Think "Green", "Climate Control" and "Sustainable Development". We've all got a pretty good idea of what the first two are all about, but what about that last one? The "official" definition of Sustainable Development is this: "development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs". That sounds like a non-threatening goal, doesn't it?

At the very least, the questions I always circle around to is how does this affect my personal freedoms and rights as a private citizen of my country? When the United Nations adopted Agenda 21 in 1992, President George Herbert Walker Bush proudly signed the document, assuring the UN Assembly that America would stand in agreement to the goals of Agenda 21 "to achieve a more efficient and equitable world economy", outlining a process to eliminate environmental decay and social injustice through micromanaging industries, communities, and culture. Does anyone else think this sounds over-reaching?

You see, Agenda 21 was broken down into four broad sections: Social and Economic dimensions [combating poverty, promoting human health, and developing sustainable human settlements]; Conservation and management of resources [protecting the atmosphere, conserving biological diversity, and managing fragile ecosystems]; Strengthening the role of major groups [soliciting groups such as NGOs, women, indigenous peoples, workers and trade unions, and the scientific community to participate with government to get the Agenda done]; and Means of Implementation [use of financial resources, technology, science, education, and international cooperation to make necessary changes that meet the Agenda's goals].

We all want clean water and clear air, the eradication of poverty, and cooperating partners, right? So what's the problem? The problem is that under the guise of world sustainability, the plan established a regime of rules that attempted to bypass Congress and the American people, handing over the power over vast areas of the US economy to unelected UN bureaucrats. Does that sound like anything we freedom-loving, believers-in-personal-liberty Americans would approve? In the ensuing years, Agenda 21, which was fortunately not legally binding, suffered from a lack of implementation. After all, a great global document is only as useful as the action it inspires.

Because the results of Agenda 21 were less than stellar, the United Nations upped their game in 2015 and transformed their global plan into Agenda 2030, in response to "the most urgent global challenges" (again listed as poverty, inequality, and climate change); this time underscoring the need for a collective approach to address all 17 of the Sustainable Development Goals of this universal Agenda. You can read about these 17 goals in an article on the website End Of The American Dream.

They spent the next ten years pushing their agenda for global management, but still struggled to gain agreement with countries that weren't quite ready to give up their national sovereignty. But in September of 2024, world leaders met at the UN Headquarters in New York City to sanction a document called the "Pact for the Future". And it looks as if they've grown impatient waiting for the world's independently governed nations to give up their power and status to the "New World Order".

In fact, the UN Pact for the Future was adopted on September 22, 2024 in general agreement by world leaders [by consensus], and represents a collective commitment from UN member states. And there are several components that are raising red flags for me .... 1) the Global Digital Compact: a framework for international cooperation in digital technology and governance; 2) A Declaration on Future Generations: A commitment to protect the rights and knowledge of future generations; and 3) Focus in the areas of Sustainable development and financing; International peace and security; Science, technology, and innovation ; Youth and future generations; and Transforming global governance .

Of course, this new plan for Global Governance is framed in language meant to assure us it is non-threatening ... it is designed to "steer humanity on a new course" and is a "landmark declaration pledging action towards an improved world for tomorrows' generations".  And here is an interesting fact ... A small group of seven countries (Russia, Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Syria, and Nicaragua) opposed it based on the role of external entities having a say in their domestic affairs. They do not want outside influences dictating what they have to do inside their own borders. So, where was the United States in this opposition?

In 2024, Harbinger's Daily ran an article that highlighted some concerns that I think all of us might want to consider. According to the author of this article, the magnitude of this Pact is that it promotes a Global Digital Compact (GDC), and a Declaration on Future Generations screams of implications for our personal lives and our future! Why have we heard nothing about it? If you can read between the lines, I think we're beginning to see how this "new course" for humanity is starting to play out. For instance, one of the key elements of the GDC is to close all digital divides and "deliver an inclusive digital economy". They also want to connect all people, schools, and hospitals to the internet; this will include all our personal medical records. They want to facilitate access to information, but control misinformation and disinformation, preventing it from getting out. Sounds like government censorship to me!

Additionally, the article postulates that a panel will form a global AI policy, possibly leading to using AI to control us all globally! I don't know about you, but I'm seeing AI intrusion in all areas of our lives -- in art, in research and development, in entertainment, in the trades, in industry, etc.  And, I admit I haven't figured out all the ramifications from this Pact, or the 2021 and 2030 Agendas. I just know they will not be sustaining my personal freedoms that come from God. But when I hear terms like "transforming global governance" and pledging to "promote intergenerational equity", I start thinking regulation and control over our daily lives -- in all areas.

What does that look like? It could mean ESG Scores (an objective measurement of a company or individual's performance with respect to Environmental, Social, and Governance). Are you meeting the approved criteria established for global compliance? It could mean electric vehicles, digital IDs, and a digital currency. And as far as intergenerational equity goes, I'm already hearing the Millennials and Gen Z-ers complaining that the Baby Boomers should be denied their Social Security and Medicare benefits because it's "not fair or equal" to them. That's why their Declaration on Future Generations promotes giving the younger generations more of a voice and responsibility in government. I don't want to paint a broad brush over the young people in our nation, but have you watched any of the "man on the street" interviews with these fine young citizens? They can't name the country we fought in the American Revolution, the years the Civil War were fought, when WWII ended, or who was the 16th President. Pardon me, if I'm not all that confident they will make decisions that guarantee our nation's safety, protection, or prosperity.

But here's my real fear: All of these Agendas, Pacts, and Declarations are taking place in an unobtrusive manner; largely ignored by the Mainstream Media and unrecognized by the average citizens of the world. But our kids and grandkids will be unable to reverse or negate the agreements that these global policies and actions are instituting. The UN insists that they are making way for "Global Collaboration" for among other things, Nuclear Disarmament, a framework to govern Outer Space, and regulating and affirming international and humanitarian law as it applies to new technologies.

I don't know about you, but the UN's track record in making the world a better place isn't exactly inspiring confidence. But this my spirit knows ... there is a very real commitment by the UN and its global partners to fast-track all these policies. The youth of the world are ready-made collaborators; they have grown up in the internet era and have been programmed to follow the lead of their digital creators. For the most part, the younger generations have not been taught critical thinking, and have become easily influenced and exploited. I don't know if this situation can be turned around, but I do know this ... the world -- not just America -- needs Jesus; His Justice and His Mercy. We are headed down a very dark and totalitarian path. We are about to lose our individual dignities and freedom, given by God, And I don't think we're ready for it. Pray and Seek the Lord!

How Satan Is Using Men, War, Power, and Greed to Enslave Humanity

From the beginning of this Age, the fallen angel, Satan, has sought to control this world. As Christians, we know that from our Bibles. Actually, his plan has been pretty transparent ... his pride was the instigator in his rebellion against God, thinking He could be like the Almighty. We see that desire to cause rebellion and chaos exhibited  in his temptations of Eve and Jesus, and again in his accusations against Job, Joshua [the High Priest], and so many of us. Satan's own selfishness and greed for power led to conflict and hostility between God and His former "guardian cherub".

This led to Satan's fall and his subsequent position as a powerful ruler in the spiritual realms, with a sizable order of demon followers that help him accomplish his purpose to "steal, kill, and destroy" those that belong to God. And those demon powers influence men on the earth, who have made a choice to align with Satan rather than their Creator. The Bible reveals that this battle between God and Satan has continued to escalate since the devil's fall and will eventually culminate in the final War between Good and Evil at the end of the Age when Jesus returns to defeat Evil, once for all.

But it has also become evident to me that it has always been Satan's intention to build a Council of War, so to speak, [on earth] to bring about his desire to obliterate man's relationship with God and to establish his own power bases to help carry out his oppressive and tyrannical control of the world. Sometimes he enlists the help of a single man such as Herod, or Antiochus Epiphanes, Hitler, Stalin or Mengele. At other times he recruits organizations such as terrorist groups or corporations to instigate his agenda of destruction. These people and groups might not inherently be considered "evil", but through demonic and spiritual influence they evolve to serve his unholy will.

And one of his favorite weapons is War [and the threat of War] to bring about his totalitarian control of all mankind. Jesus, Himself, told us that we would continually hear of "wars and rumors of wars". When I was in college, God opened my spiritual eyes to see how this works. For the first time, I saw how the international bankers used War to create wealth for themselves and their nations, creating a military/industrial cabal that periodically masterminded conflict in the regions of the world to bring enrichment to the members. And then about 12 years ago, God again revealed the hypocrisy of the United Nations, whose stated objectives are "the maintenance of international peace and security, the promotion of the well-being of the peoples of the world, and international cooperation to these ends".

Yet I haven't seen too much "international peace and security" happening in the last few decades. It seems the world has been in constant war, with the UN gaining more and more power to usurp the sovereignty of nations and their self-government. You see, each new war that erupts is not isolated. The world now finds itself immersed in "global conflicts", which in turn are used to create a "global crisis" that must be mitigated by... you guessed it, the one organization that is charged with the "well-being of the peoples of the world" ... the United Nations.

So, what are these "crises" that require the UN's supervision? I'm sure you can identify them -- we currently have food, health, energy, economic, and environmental crises declared on a global scale. And, if you have spiritual eyes to see, it's not hard to discern that this is exactly what Jesus said would be the fallout when nations rise against nations, and kingdoms against kingdoms. And then He infers that what follows War is famines and earthquakes, plagues and great signs from heaven; "the whole land shall be a desolation". There we see the crises of food, health, and environmental. The Book of Revelation reveals a rider on a black horse who is holding a pair of scales  in his hand. "Two pounds of wheat for a day's wages, and six pounds of barley for a day's wages". That certainly indicates an economic crisis. And the energy crisis? All the wars in the Middle East over the last few decades have been fought for control of the Earth's oil. But has man forgotten that "the Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof"? Apparently so, because Satan, our Enemy, has tempted men to go to war for power and greed. And then he manipulates organizations like the UN in ways to purportedly promote our "well-being".

And just how has this august organization proposed to institute our welfare, happiness, and prosperity? Initially, it was through Agenda 21, which was designed as "a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, governments and major groups, in every area in which humans impact the environment". But that wasn't enough! In 2015, the UN announced Agenda 2030, which was billed as "a new Universal Agenda for humanity; a plan of action for people, planet and prosperity". In addition to addressing the environmental, or "Climate Change" issue, this new Agenda set ambitious goals for those areas already mentioned, such as economics, health, energy -- and a whole host of new issues such as education, agriculture, and gender equality.

But don't think Satan is through using the UN for his global takeover. In September of 2024, they will hold their "Summit of the Future", with the goal of introducing "Multilateral Solutions for a Better Tomorrow". The Secretary General of the UN, Antonio Guterres, has indicated new radical and drastic reforms in the structure of the UN. What does that mean for the people of the world? Guterres reports that he is calling for the UN to be the one world global response organization, having all power in global emergencies, with the power to oversee emergency responses. They suggest that the crises could involve the climate, economies, pandemics, a black swan crisis (an unpredictable event with potentially severe consequences), or even something from outer space.

Sounds to me like anything can be declared a crisis by the Secretary General, and then all power and authority would go to the UN. Did you know that that there is an agency within the UN, called the UN Population Fund, dedicated to figuring out how to drastically cut the population of the planet? And what better way to depopulate the earth than with war? The international bankers get wealthy and the global elite get rid of those who are taking up space and using up their resources. And what better way for Satan to accomplish his goal of stealing, killing, and destroying God's creation than to use ungodly men and organizations to do his bidding?

But once again, I am left concluding [and encouraging you] that hope is not lost! God always has His remnant! I don't relish writing of these plots and plans to enslave humanity to a global government that climaxes with Satan ruling the world. But now is the time for good men and women to wake up and see what is behind the curtain. Throw off the blindfold and the tactics of our Enemy to hypnotize us with our computer screens. Satan isn't the only one that has influence over humanity. Good men with morals and values; followers of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, are willing to stand with God against Satan's tyranny. But God expects us to do our part! And we have the heavenly host backing us up! Yes, it seems as if the physical world is submerged in war. But we need to understand that our God fights for us, and there is a war going on in the spiritual realms as well, and it's on our behalf. So, we need to put on our full armor of God and get in the fight! Heaven is cheering us on!
