(from Gordon Wood)
God sets a day,...Hello, Belle:

(from Gordon Wood)

God sets a day, today, as follows: If you hear God's voice, (through Belle or another messenger's testimony,) do not harden your heart as in the rebellion.

If my people, which are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and forgive their sin, and heal their land.

These are perilous times. They will get worse, so much so that men's hearts will fail them and the very survival of mankind would be in doubt except that God shortens the days. The first trumpet with hail mixed with blood, and all grass dies (grains are grasses too-MAJOR famine similar to the 3rd seal.) Mountain (-sized meteorite?) falls into the sea. And the tormenting creatures stinging like scorpions nonstop while people cannot die for 5 months. Then the army of 200 million sent to slay 1/3 of mankind, about 2.2 BILLION people.

Prepare for this, as the Bible says it WILL happen. I have no clue as to how to physically prepare for events this big. The beast will overcome the Christians. The Christians overcome him (winning victory for themselves, at the cost of their lives through Rev 12:11, by the blood of the Lamb, the word of their testimony, and loving not their lives unto death.

The prepping notes you have are excellent. Be wise--but someone better armed may outguess and outshoot even the most diligently prepared person. If someone is destined to captivity, to captivity he goes. He who lives by the sword must be killed by the sword. This calls for endurance on the part of God's people.
(See Rev 13-14.)

If we die still serving Jesus and loving others as he commanded, so be it. Unless we are rebelling against him, we won't die until his work for us is finished. I think people usually cannot recognize whether their work is done or not unless Jesus (or the Holy Spirit) tells us.

Also, Jesus might take us to him before we have to face these things. But the timing of this, which is debatable based on different understandings of the Scripture, may have us facing all but the wrath of God. He may pass us over, shelter us in the wilderness, or rapture us out. Or all three!

So, where does the physical preparation come into play? *scratching head* Note that a gun with me would probably not help in a defensive or combat situation, as my vision is pretty limited.

I welcome your wisdom on preparing in these conditions while a little time is left.

yours in Christ,

-Gordon WoodAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367019700923216960.post-7246822286586773902015-01-12T10:42:42.728-06:002015-01-12T10:42:42.728-06:00I feel the same way watching things unfold in Fran...I feel the same way watching things unfold in France.
