What Is Bill Gates Up To Now?

As if we didn't have enough to worry about concerning the younger generation, it looks as if a new form of propagandizing has captured the impressionable minds and hearts of our youth.  We're all aware of the issues surrounding Agenda 21 -- climate change, sustainable living, global equality, etc. -- and how through social media and the internet, our kids are being convinced that we, of the older generations, are just not keeping up with the times.  In other words, they are being subtly convinced that they know more than their parents, and that they are so much more enlightened and compassionate.  In fact, the world would be a better place if everyone just conformed to a one-world standard and got rid of any individual expression of liberty or self-determination.
So, the latest cause to turn your kids and grandkids heads is an offshoot of the many Agenda 21 programs called Global Citizen Nights.  As reported by Dave Hodges, Bill and Melinda Gates have designed Global Citizen Nights to lure in children and young adults by having them engage in some kind of community service with regard to the globalist agenda (e.g. biking vs driving, water conservation, etc.). In exchange for their good deeds, the participating teens will earn points and then be able to exchange their “globalist points” for high valued items such as concert tickets.
The kids are told that “Bill Gates recognizes that individuals have diverse passions and offers the Global Citizen network as one where, ‘some people…will pick women’s reproductive rights, some will pick agriculture. And then there are NGOs (non-governmental organizations) in each of those areas that you can volunteer for, give money to, and feel connected.”  But here's the deal, this kind of disinformation makes kids think they are making a free-will choice to "help the planet", yet in reality, they are being conditioned to give personal servitude to causes managed and directed by the government.
To see just how cunning and pervasive this propaganda is, kids are sent tweets, emails and Facebook messages encouraging them to get involved in these UN mandated programs. The targeted teens are given choices to be involved in such “worthy” endeavors as Sustainability, Food and Hunger, Water and Sanitation, Health (i.e. vaccines), Women and Girls (i.e. reproduction issues and negative population growth), Education (i.e. Common Core), and Ebola Action Center  (Hodges makes this sardonic point: And you thought we were done with Ebola).
As an example of the emotional appeal for this initiative, just consider how the organization describes itself on its website:  "Global Citizen is a community of people like you. People who want to learn about and take action on the world’s biggest challenges—and use their power to get other people involved too.  We bring you stories and actions that make a difference ... That help fight extreme poverty and inequality around the world, and support approaches that will make life more sustainable for people and the planet.  Unlock your power. Join the movement!  Become a Global Citizen."
Then they follow up with a "I Am A Global Citizen" oath:  I believe that 1 billion people living in extreme poverty is unfair and unjust.  For the first time in history, we have the power to end this.  Everyone, everywhere should be able to survive and thrive,
and I will play my part to make this happen.
But that's not all!  They offer a pledge of real power and impact:  In 2015 we stand at the turning point for the future of people and the planet.  World leaders are setting the global goals that will be the roadmap for how we’ll tackle poverty, inequality and climate change.  Standing together with partners from across the Action/2015 coalition, we can make sure these are good goals, and that our leaders follow through on their promises.  More than a million global citizens have already unlocked their power. Will you join us?

Can you see how this might galvanize our naive, idealistic youth into thinking they are making a difference in the world, while building a coalition of youth who are indoctrinated into the New World Order's political strategy?  In his article, Hodges likens them to the Nazi's Hitler Youth organization.  He may be closer to the truth, than not.
But let's be honest, here.  What kid isn't going to fall for earning points and free concert tickets, while believing that they are contributing to a higher cause?  And these concerts, by the way, feature such globalist advocates as Beyoncé, Coldplay, Pearl Jam, Ed Sheeran, Leonardo DiCaprio, Salma Hayek; with videotaped appearances by Bono of U2, UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon, Bill and Melinda Gates (of course); along with dignitaries and heads of state from around the world .... attendees are fully immersed in the globalist rhetoric and garbage.  I have to give it to them; it's a clever and intoxicating way to hook the kids.
But here's perhaps the biggest (and scariest) tactic of all.  They preach to the kids that they should not be a generation of bystanders; the message is to take action.  And one of the central themes of the Global Citizen Nights is the deliberate denigration of national sovereignty (e.g. “sovereignty is so 20th century").  As an offshoot of Agenda 21, Global Citizen Nights combines nicely with a UN program called the Global Biodiversity Assessment (GBA) of the State of the Earth.  This 1140-page document armed UN leaders with "the ecological basis and moral authority" they needed to validate their global management system.  The crux of their assessment was that too many nations and societies "denied sacred attributes to nature" -- that's code language for blaming Judeo-Christian religious traditions for usurping the worship of nature and Mother Earth.  In other words, we Christians are to blame for the sorry state of the world because our faith does not include worshiping "sacred and venerated Nature.”
You probably have not heard about Global Citizen Nights or the Global Citizen Festivals.  Why would you?  It is not aimed at you.  It is specifically directed towards changing the mindset and hearts of our youth away from individualized thinking and the sovereignty of our nation, while denigrating Christianity as a false religion that is harmful to the planet.  Sounds crazy and illogical, doesn't it?  But their strategy is working, and now they are building an army of youth that believe every word of it.  Please engage with your children and grandchildren.  Make sure they know God's Truth and the importance of our American values.  They are being urged to take deliberate action --- but make sure they are not impassioned lemmings, rushing headlong to their own destruction.

Think Agenda 21 Abuses Our Freedoms? Take A Look At Agenda 2030!

Thanks to the website, End of the American Dream, for providing the following exciting news (wink, wink).  Next month, the Pope is traveling to New York City to kick off a conference at the United Nations in which "The 2030 Agenda" will be presented to the world.
We are all familiar with the "sustainable" aspects of the UN's Agenda 21, whose stated goal was to protect the environment in the form of a  "comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, governments and major groups, in every area in which humans impact the environment.”  This was conveniently encapsulated under a comprehensive objective called "climate change".
Now, of course, it was also stated that such plans were non-binding, and voluntary, but someone forgot to tell the governments of the world (including ours) who have been trying to implement restrictions on the world's human population through Agenda 21 since its inception in 1992.
Under the guise of providing adequate shelter for all; promoting sustainable land-use planning and management; promoting sustainable energy and transport systems in human settlements; and other supposed moral objectives to care for the world's underprivileged, it is really all about terminating our private property rights in favor of confiscation and controlling the world's population and food supply... all voluntary, of course.
But this new global initiative is being billed as "a new Universal Agenda for humanity".  In addition to addressing climate change, it also sets ambitious goals for areas such as economics, health, energy, education, agriculture, gender equality and a whole host of other issues.... in other words, the globalists want to usher in the One World Government that controls every aspect of our lives.  Think I'm kidding?  Here is a portion of the preamble of Agenda 2030:
This Agenda is a plan of action for people, planet and prosperity. It also seeks to strengthen universal peace in larger freedom. We recognize that eradicating poverty in all its forms and dimensions, including extreme poverty, is the greatest global challenge and an indispensable requirement for sustainable development.
All countries and all stakeholders, acting in collaborative partnership, will implement this plan. We are resolved to free the human race from the tyranny of poverty and want, and to heal and secure our planet. We are determined to take the bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed to shift the world onto a sustainable and resilient path. As we embark on this collective journey, we pledge that no one will be left behind.
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 targets which we are announcing today demonstrate the scale and ambition of this new universal Agenda. They seek to build on the Millennium Development Goals and complete what these did not achieve. They seek to realize the human rights of all and to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. They are integrated and indivisible and balance the three dimensions of sustainable development: the economic, social and environmental.
I don't know about you, but this sounds awfully forceful and authoritative to me.  When you read the 17 core goals of the Agenda, they sound utopian and idealistic ... things such as "End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture", and ... "Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all", or ... "Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels", and one more ... "Reduce inequality within and among countries."  Notice that the word "sustainable" is evident in nearly all of  them, while there is no mention of individual rights or how they are going to get individual landowners to cooperate. And this new agenda gives no perception that is voluntary, does it?
You see individual liberty and freedom aren't really conducive to a "global initiative".  You can't have people doing what they want if you plan on controlling every aspect of their lives.  After all, it's "bad for the planet."  And you might be interested to know that one of the goals of the sustainable development globalists is to push the human population into giant “megacities” and to allow nature to recapture much of what has already been settled by humanity.  See where this is going?  They can't have people living in rural areas growing their own food, and living sustainable lives on their own!  They must be controlled!
So no matter how the Pope or other world leaders try to soft sell the idea to us, we mustn't be fooled.  This is just the next phase of mankind's steady march towards a new world order and the sudden and powerful deception of the Anti-Christ.  But those of us who put our faith in Jesus Christ and are covered by His blood need not fear.  Our eternal freedom cannot be taken from us and we shall never disown or renounce our Savior.  The only thing that we need to sustain us is our Lord's Grace... and it will be sufficient.

Hands Off The Alamo!

For several years now, officials in San Antonio, Texas have been working with representatives from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to get the San Antonio Spanish Missions declared as "World Heritage Sites", and they feel victory is near.  This designation would also include the most famous and beloved of all the missions, the Alamo, which sits in the heart of downtown San Antonio.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the history of the Texas Republic, the Alamo is sacred ground.  The Alamo itself consists of the Alamo Chapel and the surrounding Plaza, where most of the fighting occurred during the 1836 Battle of the Alamo; and where 189 defenders sacrificed their lives for liberty instead of surrendering to the tyrannical Mexican president Antonio López de Santa Anna. The site has since become a shrine, representing those who were willing to fight for individual freedom in the face of collective evil.  Every Texas school child knows the history of the Alamo and millions of Texans pay homage to the site year-round.
Those who favor making the Alamo a UNESCO World Heritage Site, point to the expected $100 million influx from world tourism, and the chance to become part of UNESCO's mission to "ensure the protection of the natural and cultural heritage of nations"; and to "encourage international cooperation in the conservation of our world's cultural and natural heritage".
But here is my concern (along with others who are a little concerned about giving the United Nations any form of control over our national heritage sites):  when a country allows a historical site to be declared a World Heritage Site they must agree to sign on to the international treaty, known as the World Heritage Convention, and to agree to "establish management plans and set up reporting systems on the state of conservation of their World Heritage sites."
As expected, when a site becomes part of the UN's World Heritage organization, there is a manual to follow.  The manual states that it is “the duty of the international community as a whole to cooperate” in managing World Heritage Sites, meaning that bureaucrats from foreign countries could well sit on a Board and determine the Alamo’s operation.  One of the “protection obligations” of a World Heritage Site is the requirement to “use the World Heritage logo,” meaning that the Alamo Plaza would be adorned with UN symbols.  And to me, the most disturbing facet of this whole idea is that the UN flag would fly over the Alamo, among the most hallowed ground in all of Texas, and a symbol of the rugged individualism and love of liberty that personifies the history of our great state.
I'm sure it won't surprise those of you who are familiar with the UN's Agenda 21 policies to find that the manual also suggests strategies for restricting public access to heritage sites due to “environmental concerns” under the guise of “sustainable” tourism, both familiar buzz words reflecting Agenda 21 goals.
But once again, I was flabbergasted to find that this attempt is nothing new; and in fact, there are already quite a few of our most treasured historical sites that are now flying the UN flag.  For instance, did you know that the Statue of Liberty, Independence Hall, and the Grand Canyon are UN World Heritage sites; or that Mount Vernon, George Washington's home in northern Virginia is vying for a nomination, and both the Edmund Pettis Bridge in Selma and Martin Luther King's Dexter Avenue Baptist Church in Montgomery Alabama, have both been placed up for nomination jointly as 'Civil Rights Era Landmarks'?  At this rate, our sovereignty and national identity will be subjugated to a collective heritage belonging to the world.  Is anybody else thinking "One World Heritage"?
I just think it is incredibly tragic that 179 years after our Texas heroes fought to the death to defend liberty, freedom and sovereignty, that their descendants would so willingly allow another flag to fly over the compound.  Perhaps they need to reconsider the last words from the commander of the Alamo, Lt. Colonel William Barrett Travis, and to rethink their own surrender of the Alamo to the United Nations.

To the People of Texas & All Americans in the World—

Fellow Citizens & compatriots—

I am besieged, by a thousand or more of the Mexicans under Santa Anna — I have sustained a continual Bombardment & cannonade for 24 hours & have not lost a man — The enemy has demanded a surrender at discretion, otherwise, the garrison are to be put to the sword, if the fort is taken — I have answered the demand with a cannon shot, & our flag still waves proudly from the walls — I shall never surrender or retreat.  Then, I call on you in the name of Liberty, of patriotism & everything dear to the American character, to come to our aid, with all dispatch — The enemy is receiving reinforcements daily & will no doubt increase to three or four thousand in four or five days.  If this call is neglected, I am determined to sustain myself as long as possible & die like a soldier who never forgets what is due to his own honor & that of his country — Victory or Death.

William Barrett Travis.

Lt.  Col. comdt.

P. S.  The Lord is on our side — When the enemy appeared in sight we had not three bushels of corn — We have since found in deserted houses 80 or 90 bushels and got into the walls 20 or 30 head of Beeves.

Proverbs 19:21    "Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand."

Part 2: Smart Grid, Off-Grid, and Agenda 21

Yesterday, I promised to take you further into the conspiracies of the Elite ... at least what I think we should consider to be a possibility.  For awhile now, the world has wondered what was up with China's "Ghost Cities".  And you may think this is old news, but that question has never been answered, and I believe it is important to keep it in the spotlight.  Again, I'd like to thank the website, Inquisitr, for doing an excellent job in connecting the dots in this quandary.
Allegedly, these "Ghost Cities" are said to be "part of the sustainable development plans outlined in the United Nations’ Agenda 21 initiative."  Remember, as I pointed out yesterday, sustainable living is OK to participate in, as long as it is controlled by the Government or the Elite.  How dare you think that you can partake of this lifestyle through your own initiative!
So, what's the plan for these cities in China that boast energy conscious buildings, shops, and apartments, yet remain unoccupied and empty?  First, let's establish some facts, as stated by Inquisitr:  The United Nations’ Agenda 21 program is a voluntary, non-binding action plan which is allegedly focused solely on sustainable development. Adopted by 178 countries in 1992, the plan is based upon a program to abolish poverty and protect “fragile environments” by “properly” managing cities. America is a “signatory” country to Agenda 21. Since the plan is a non-binding statement and not a treaty, a vote on the initiative was not necessary. In the United States, more than 500 large and moderate-sized cities are members of an international sustainability organization that reportedly supports the implementation of Agenda 21.
Now, back to China's empty "sustainable" cities.... The Agenda 21 China plan reportedly included measures to move “tens of millions” of citizens away from rural areas and into brand spanking new cities designed in a sustainable manner.  So what is the link between Warren Buffet, his Energy Plan to control our Energy Grid, and his attempt to capitalize on solar and wind power?  As far back as 2013, Dave Hodges, of The Common Sense Show, seemed to think there was a huge connection.
He pointed out that Former Secretary of the US Treasury and former CEO of Goldman Sachs, Hank Paulson appeared to be championing the Agenda 21 relocation going on in China.  “The country’s economy is heading in the right direction. This is more important than achieving short-term growth,” Paulson said of the eco-cities and urban growth in China. McKinsey and Company Global Managing Director Dominic Barton also heralded the changes going on in China. “The good news is that there is an underlying force of growth and that’s urbanization. What we’re basically seeing is more than 250,000 people moving from rural areas to cities every week,” Barton said.
So, now consider this scenario .... if a country could influence (or enforce) the relocation of its populations to the cities, and away from rural living, couldn't they better control not only their energy use, but the population, itself?  So, doesn't it sound like they are equating urban living with economic growth?  Furthermore, does it stand to reason that if states like Texas, Florida and North Carolina (which happen to be inhabited by some of the most freedom-loving Americans) can restrict the off-grid lifestyle and force every home to be connected to the Energy Grid, that it is a step towards discouraging rural living and independence?  Wouldn't that make it easier to control the American population?
You may think that I am stretching things a bit ... that "control" is not the issue; that it's only about "sustaining" and "conserving" energy.  But look behind the curtain, and I think you will see something else; something far more sinister that will ultimately lead to the loss of our personal property and our right to choose how we live our lives.  Is it pertinent to ask the question, "As goes China's "Ghost Cities", so goes America's cities, townships, and urban areas?"

Galatians 4:17   "They make much of you, but for no good purpose. They want to shut you out, that you may make much of them."

This Is Where The Rubber Meets The Road

Well, it has finally happened.  As PLW and I returned from running some errands, we noticed that our gate was unlocked and a flyer was waving in the wind.  "Meet Your New Digital Smart Meter", it read.  Then we noticed the utility truck still in the driveway.  PLW floored it and stopped directly behind the truck.
"Remove it," he said.  The little meter reader guy must have been coached how to handle unhappy customers, because he smiled and convinced us that the meter had not been installed .... yet .... although it would be happening by the first of November.  I waited in the car, while a tense discussion took place, and then I breathed a sigh of relief when I noticed them both smiling, and PLW's body language relax.  And I overhead the meter guy say, "Nobody is happy about this.  There are a lot of pissed off people!"
You're damn right!  In the state of Texas, there is a valiant fight going on to change the law and allow utility customers to opt out of the privacy-invading smart meters.  As of now, there is no opt-out provision within the law; but neither is there a mandate that allows the Public Utility Commission to force them on customers.  So I guess you could say, it is all in limbo for the moment.
But thanks to the courage of one woman in Houston, Thelma Taormina, all Texans now have a good chance of fighting this government-encroaching, Agenda 21 mechanism.  In case you don't remember Thelma's story, please click here and read my post.  She was the first person in Texas, as far as I know, to stand up for her individual right to privacy, as well as defend her property rights.  I had contacted her after writing the post, and had enjoyed seeing her take charge of her local 912 Group, and appear on the Glenn Beck program, detailing her ongoing battle to stop the installation of smart meters in Texas.
And it was to her that PLW and I turned this afternoon.  Through her dedication to this fight, we were instructed on exactly how to move forward.  "No Trespassing" signs will be posted that do not give permission to install a smart meter.  Plus, certified letters will be going out to our utility provider, the contractor that reads the meters and the Texas Public Utility Commission that we wish to remove our implied consent to install said smart meters.
Our membership in the national 912 Association will assure that we have the legal backing to fight this, should it come to that.  Thelma's confidence and spirit gave me the assurance I needed; and her admonition to "relax, you're in good hands", didn't hurt either.
I am just so thankful that there are principled men and women who will stand up for us all when it really counts.  Far too many people will simply accept this infringement upon their rights, in essence caving to the bully tactics that are becoming far too common in our governing bodies.  Within our own circle of friends, there are those who have already indicated that it is a losing cause, and we will not be able to change the outcome.   In terms that all Texans can understand, what if William Travis, the commander of the Alamo, had adopted that attitude?  Thank God there are people like Thelma who refused to be bullied, and who continue to inspire the rest of us to stand up for ourselves.  I will let you know the rest of this story as it progresses.

Acts 5:29      But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than men."
