I don't the dispute that some medicines do exactly what you say, but from a spiritual perspective, they often just mask the symptoms that should be dealt with at the root. In other words, medicines can interrupt the healing process that Jesus wants to do by partnering with a person to find out the lies Satan is telling them that are causing the "voices". In effect, if the root of the problem (which might be a spirit of Doubt, Unbelief, Fear, or whatever, that Satan has been allowed to attack them with) is not confronted and they are not set free by the Power of Jesus, then they have a sense that the medicine has "healed" them -- when in reality, those Satanic spirits are still there; they will return, and the person is not truly healed. That's why the person has to continually stay on the medicine.

Dr. Wright's book is an exhaustive study on the root problems of hundreds of diseases. It is a fascinating and illuminating read. For instance, psoriasis has at its root, a spirit of self-rejection and abandonment. When a person is able to receive this spiritual "diagnosis" and work with the Holy Spirit to let Jesus heal those spiritual wounds, the psoriasis is gone. Make sense? But there seems to be no evidence that he took any drugs. In fact, I found one article that quoted him daring the police after the attack to find any evidence of drugs.

This whole thing seems totally consistent with demonic possession. Of course, no one wants to admit what is staring them square in the face. I hope Dr. Phil recommends to this family an exorcist.Free2Speakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12936712617833506244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367019700923216960.post-12491058196489251642016-10-24T16:01:08.775-05:002016-10-24T16:01:08.775-05:00I appreciate your observations here Ma'am. By the way, that Harrouff kid is slated to be on Dr. Phil on Friday, Oct. 28 (this week) speaking from his hospital bed, about what happened. What can he possibly say in such an interview?

But to the spiritually discerning, like yourself (and myself I believe), perhaps we will discover the extent of the man's demonic possession. I have been following this story too, because it was so shocking, and a reminder of the similar attack in Florida a few years earlier, which you also mentioned.

God bless you and your readers, and be watchful. We are in the last days for sure. Look up, for our redeemer Jesus Christ draweth nigh!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367019700923216960.post-85080089308661814622016-08-30T07:19:06.861-05:002016-08-30T07:19:06.861-05:00Thank you! I strongly believe that many (if not most) of the mental health issues our country faces are due to demonic forces upon the minds of manipulated people. But that covers a wide range of possibilities ... from the person who has deep spiritual wounds that have given satan the authority to assign a spirit to oppress them, to the person who is under the influence of criminal activity by people and organizations who use them for corrupt and evil purposes (which, in turn, is also orchestrated by satan). That is why we are told to continually renew our mind... keep it focused on Jesus and take every thought captive unto His authority. SO, I thank you for coming forward and stating what you are experiencing! The sooner we realize this, the sooner we can begin attacking it from the spiritual aspect.Pam Kohlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00678673505358164380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367019700923216960.post-48262255742028418342016-08-30T00:34:49.483-05:002016-08-30T00:34:49.483-05:00I agree with you 100%. It's always, harm yourself or others. I never advocate pursuing such confrontation -- we are to be like Jesus and use the power our Father has given us, when He instructs us to, in order to stand for His Kingdom and defeat the schemes of the devil against our lives. He has given us spiritual armor because we are to be in battle. Ignoring the attacks will not defeat our foe. It's like trying to ignore the bully on the schoolyard … trying to appease him just gives him greater authority to continue and increase the attacks. I'm not afraid of what men might say to me, because my Lord has told me to trust Him and what He is telling me. And yes, there are far too many ministries that satan doesn't even bother to attack, because they aren't a threat to him … and if you aren't threatening the devil then you're probably not accomplishing much for the Lord's Kingdom on earth!Pam Kohlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00678673505358164380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367019700923216960.post-27716808866238584602016-08-22T11:58:10.248-05:002016-08-22T11:58:10.248-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Pam Kohlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00678673505358164380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367019700923216960.post-29117358349996881122016-08-22T09:41:01.012-05:002016-08-22T09:41:01.012-05:00Wow Belle, You best be prepared for a knock on you...Wow Belle, You best be prepared for a knock on your door. Not from the crazy satanic Ahrimanist crowd who at the very least have a good handle on how to work in the spirit world (unlike most christians) and understand they to have been given a measure of power and authority (also unlike most christians) but they choose to embrace and actually use the power granted to them from the dark side. I think your knock on the door will more likely be church leadership politely asking you to leave the devil alone because we don't want to make him made or direct his attention to us. When is the leadership going to stop chewing its nails and soiling its Sundays best because the devils attention might be directed their way. When are you Belle, going to stop blowing your horn (excuse me, I mean ringing your bell) and shining the proverbial light of truth on satan and making all these religious types so very uncomfortable. I actually heard of a pastor who heard from satan in his spirit "If you will just stop talking about me I will leave you and your ministry alone" …and he did!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
